About the Emerald Forest
The Emerald Forest Theater and Treehouse was built by Treehouse Master, Pete Nelson. The Theater is a one-of-a-kind outdoor climb-in movie theater made up of a large seating area 15' off the ground, four box seat open-air pods, three "Kodama zome" elevating loungers (tree-levators!), and two stories of hammock-like dream nets high in the trees. Nestled in the hemlocks, cedars, and Douglas Fir trees of the Emerald Forest with a carpet of green moss, it is an experience like no other. The Theater is featured in Season 11, Episode 10 of Treehouse Masters, "Climb-in, Drive-in".
